Discrimination is forbidden.
This applies especially for discrimination towards marginalized folks and groups. This includes, but is not limited to:
Racism, xenomisia, homomisia, transmisia, and other queermisia, gatekeeping the "queer" status, classism/casteism, ableism, anti-semitism, islamomisia.
Note that preferring a marginalized group over a less- or non-marginalized group is explicitly done to counteract discrimination, and, as such, is not discrimination on its own.

If it's illegal in Austria, don't post it.
We want this site to stay online, and as such, we have to follow applicable laws. We will not follow any other (therefore non-applicable) laws, however, as we aren't legally required to do so.

Don't use right-wing dogwhistles.
This includes, among the obvious ones, certain popular meme formats, such as the Wojak (including its related NPC meme) and Pepe the Frog.
This point will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but at the very least, we will attempt to educate in case of unintentional usage.

Corporate advertisement is forbidden.
Fund raisers, mutual aid, artists doing commissions, or individuals advertising their services are fine. That's because they aren't soulless businesses and corporations. Those we will suspend (remote ones too).

You must use content warnings.
This includes obvious topics such as gore, sexual content, assault, mental health issues, but also less obvious ones like food, selfies, media with eye contact to the viewer, "AI", etc.

Post media with descriptions (ALT text).
Posting media without media descriptions, also known as alt text, is strongly discouraged. If you're unable to think of alt text for an image, please ask a third party (or us, via DMs!) to help you with alt text.
Constantly ignoring the need for alt text counts towards the discrimination rule.

No doxxing or leaking DMs for petty reasons.
Sharing private information for no good reason (for petty reasons or over non-severe wrongdoings) is forbidden. This includes doing that outside of our instance, as this type of behaviour is great at disrupting safe spaces.

"AI" text and media must be marked as such.
We don't particularly like "AI", but banning it entirely is impossible.
Therefore, it must be labelled. Any post with LLM-output text (such as by "GPT" models) or Diffusion-output imagery (such as by "Stable Diffusion" models) not under a CW will face at least deletion. Repeat offenses will have their authors face suspension.
